Why we recommend it
You do not need these for shadow boxing, which is what our boxing sessions are built around. But they cost almost nothing, and the day you start hitting a bag they stop being optional.
Buy the longer wraps. Short ones do not give you enough passes around the wrist, which is the joint you are actually protecting.
