Dance workouts that feel like a night out
Learn the choreography, forget you are exercising.
- Choreography broken down move by move, then run full speed
- Coordination and rhythm improve alongside fitness
- The easiest session to keep doing, because it is fun
Dance cardio hides the work inside the choreography. You are learning a routine, not counting reps — and the heart rate goes up anyway. Each track is broken down move by move before you run it full speed.
Four levels
Starter
Never done this before. Slow tempo, every move broken down.
Beginner
You know the basics. Full sessions at a comfortable pace.
Intermediate
Longer combinations, higher intensity, fewer rests.
Advanced
Full speed, complex sequences, and real conditioning work.
Dance questions
I have no rhythm. Can I still do this?
Yes. Every routine starts at half speed with the count spoken out loud. Rhythm is a skill that improves with repetition, not a talent you either have or do not.
Is dance a real workout?
A full dance session keeps your heart rate in the cardio zone for most of its length, which is exactly what steady-state cardio is for.
Do I need a mirror?
No. Every move is demonstrated from the front and the side, and the app tracks your form so you get feedback without watching yourself.
