Tai chi you can learn at home
Slow, precise, and far harder than it looks.
- Balance and stability that carries into everything else
- Almost no impact, suitable for daily practice
- Forms taught section by section, then linked
Tai chi trains balance, joint control and breathing through slow continuous forms. It is the gentlest training in the app and also the one where small corrections matter most — which is where pose tracking earns its keep.

Tai Chi questions
Is tai chi enough exercise on its own?
For balance, mobility and stress it is excellent. Pair it with some cardio or strength work if general fitness is the goal.
Which form do you teach?
Sessions start from simplified short forms, which are the standard entry point and cover the fundamental movements.
I have poor balance. Is that a problem?
That is the reason to start. Practise near a wall or chair for the first weeks and use it whenever you need it.

Why your back hurts at a desk, and what actually helps
It is rarely the back itself. Sitting shortens the hips and switches off the glutes, and the lower back covers for both.
