ボクシング questions
Do I need gloves or a bag?
No. These are shadow boxing sessions — you punch air, which is how boxers do most of their conditioning anyway.
Will this teach me to actually box?
You will learn correct punch mechanics, guard and footwork. Sparring and ring craft need a coach in person — but the fundamentals here are the real ones.
Is it hard on the shoulders?
Punching air can fatigue the shoulders if you snap your elbows. The sessions cue you to keep punches loose and never lock out.
