HIIT

HIIT for people with twenty minutes

Short, hard, done. The most training per minute.

  • Full sessions in 15 to 25 minutes
  • Work and rest intervals timed for you, with audio cues
  • Scales from bodyweight beginner to genuinely brutal

High-intensity intervals alternate hard bursts with real recovery. It is the most efficient way to train when time is the constraint — but the intensity has to be genuine, and the rest has to be genuine too.

Start where you are

Four levels

1

Starter

Never done this before. Slow tempo, every move broken down.

2

Beginner

You know the basics. Full sessions at a comfortable pace.

3

Intermediate

Longer combinations, higher intensity, fewer rests.

4

Advanced

Full speed, complex sequences, and real conditioning work.

HIIT questions

How often can I do HIIT?

Two to three times a week, with a rest day in between. HIIT is demanding on the nervous system — doing it daily usually makes you slower, not fitter.

Is HIIT safe for beginners?

Start with the beginner sessions, which use longer rests and low-impact movements. Build a few weeks of steady cardio first if you are completely new to training.

What if I cannot finish an interval?

Stop and rejoin at the next interval. A session where you completed most rounds well beats one where you ground through all of them badly.
