Yoga

Yoga that fits a real schedule

Strength, flexibility and a quieter head.

  • A mat is all you need
  • Flexibility and stability trained together, not separately
  • Short sessions for mornings, longer flows for rest days

Yoga trains flexibility and stability in the same movement, which is why it complements almost every other kind of training. Sessions run from ten-minute wake-ups to full flows.

Start where you are

Four levels

1

Starter

Never done this before. Slow tempo, every move broken down.

2

Beginner

You know the basics. Full sessions at a comfortable pace.

3

Intermediate

Longer combinations, higher intensity, fewer rests.

4

Advanced

Full speed, complex sequences, and real conditioning work.

Yoga questions

I am not flexible at all.

That is the starting condition, not a disqualification. Beginner sessions use blocks or a stack of books to bring the floor closer.

Which style is this?

Mostly flow-based sessions with held postures — the general-purpose style, not a hot or heavily spiritual tradition.

Can I do yoga on rest days?

That is one of the best uses for it. A gentle flow on a rest day usually helps you recover faster than doing nothing.
