Core

Core training that is not just crunches

Bracing, anti-rotation, and a back that stops aching.

  • Ten to fifteen minutes, stackable onto any other session
  • Planks and anti-rotation, not just endless sit-ups
  • Directly targets the weakness behind most desk-job back pain

Your core’s real job is resisting movement, not producing it. These sessions train bracing and anti-rotation alongside the flexion work, which is what actually protects your lower back.

Start where you are

Four levels

1

Starter

Never done this before. Slow tempo, every move broken down.

2

Beginner

You know the basics. Full sessions at a comfortable pace.

3

Intermediate

Longer combinations, higher intensity, fewer rests.

4

Advanced

Full speed, complex sequences, and real conditioning work.

Core questions

Will core training give me visible abs?

It builds the muscle. Whether it is visible depends on body fat, which is a matter of overall training and diet.

My neck hurts during core work.

That is almost always the neck compensating for a weak core. The beginner sessions use supported positions that remove the strain.

Can I do core every day?

Short sessions, yes. The core recovers quickly, though you should still take a day off after a genuinely hard session.
