Qigong for breath and stiffness
Ten minutes that resets a desk-bound day.
- Sessions as short as ten minutes
- Standing throughout — no getting up and down off the floor
- Targets the shoulders, neck and lower back that sitting ruins
Qigong pairs simple repeated movements with deliberate breathing. It asks very little of your fitness and a lot of your attention, which makes it the easiest thing to do on a day you do not want to train.
Four levels

Beginner
You know the basics. Full sessions at a comfortable pace.

Qigong questions
How is qigong different from tai chi?
Qigong is simpler and more repetitive, built around breathing. Tai chi links movements into long choreographed forms.
Can I do it every day?
Yes. Qigong is low enough in intensity that daily practice is the normal way to do it.
Do I need to sit on the floor?
No. These sessions are done standing, which makes them workable in ordinary clothes during a break.
